Air Fryer Potatoes

These air fryer potatoes are crispy and flavorful, seasoned with garlic and herbs. Ready in 20 minutes, they're a perfect weeknight side dish!

Ingredient

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered, or Yukon Gold potatoes cut into ¾-inch pieces
  • 1½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Direction
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and several grinds of pepper.
  3. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between potatoes. Work in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the potatoes are tender and browned around the edges. Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve.
