Antipasto Platter

Make an Italian antipasto platter for your next party! Guests will love snacking on the flavorful mix of cheeses, olives, veggies, and more. I like to include the components below. Use them all, or just choose a few!

Ingredient

  • Marinated gigante beans
  • Marinated mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced provolone or fontina cheese
  • Parmigiano Reggiano, broken into chunks
  • Mixed olives, such as Castelvetrano and kalamata
  • Halved artichoke hearts
  • Torn roasted red peppers
  • Pepperoncini
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Radicchio leaves
  • Almonds
  • Crostini
  • Honey or fig jam
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
