Get more use out your barbecue with a sensational side of broccolini with walnuts.
Ingredient
2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
2 tsp olive oil
20g butter, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Direction
Preheat a barbecue chargrill on medium-high heat. Place broccolini and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Barbecue for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and just tender. Transfer to a bowl. Add butter, lemon juice and parsley. Toss to combine. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve.
