Loaded hummus

Last minute entertaining doesn't have to be stressful! Here's a healthy how-to: simply buy a tub of hummus and turn it into an inspired appetizer with a few add-ons.

Ingredient

  • 250g tub of hummus
  • Roasted chickpeas, to serve
  • Mixed olives, halved
  • Grape tomatoes, halved
  • 50g crumbled feta
  • Dukkah, to serve
  • Parsley, to serve
  • Paprika, to serve
Direction
  1. Simply spread a tub of hummus onto a large serving platter or dish and load it up with all or some of these toppings: roasted chickpeas, halved mixed olives, halved grape tomatoes, crumbled feta, sesame dukkah, paprika or sumac and fresh parsley.
  2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve with toasted Turkish or flatbread.
