When I see new customers puzzling over the menu I explain it like this:

The soft bun sandwiches are meat sandwiches. Basically, they are meat on a bun.

The panini are made from the same meats but there is a lot less meat and a lot more other stuff. They are grilled to blend the flavors but they will be more a potpourri of flavors. Three veggie options (out of eight) are offered.

The pizzas are not thin crust with a few little toppings. They are a medium crust with lots of cheese. Basically they look a lot like pizza you get at Gabriel’s except the toppings are very, very different.

Then if they ask which are my personal favorites I say this:

Among the soft bun sandwiches, I like the porchetta and the chicken the best. I like the beef but I prefer the other two.

Now comes the weird part…

My favorite panini is Zooma Zooma which is the beef panini and my favorite pizza is Big Town Playboy which is the beef pizza. So maybe I like my beef blended with other flavors? I don’t know.

The bestselling item on our menu is Late in the Evening which is the chicken based panini.
