Catering business is starting to grow and the windows are open

For the third consecutive Friday we have a substantial catering order. I sure would love to see this trend continue. There is now a small, dedicated catering menu that helps The Flying Banzini deliver large orders (lunch for 50 to 100 people) efficiently and affordably. From the restaurants perspective, this is fantastic because it represents sales that occur outside of our normal hours. The catering order is made up just prior to opening so the lunch rush is not affected and our in-house customers are still able to get their meals quickly.

Most happily, the windows are open again. At least as much as possible. I love the appeal of my restaurant with the windows open. Love love love. Finally some nice weather.
