The bar is in, the taps are functioning. And, we have moved our beer selection completely to small, independent brewers. I am very happy with this. It suits our food and our brand. It always felt a little odd to have Pabst Blue Ribbon as our tall boy special (although I kinda like PBR). The only worry I have moving this direction is making sure that there is a beer here for everybody. I, for instance, do not like craft beers and that heavy on hops and malt (see my earlier reference to PBR). I am very happy with this selection, though, as I am sure that there is something here for everyone AND it partners us with local players.
